This ptz security camera has two built-in lenses: 3.6mm and 8mm. By default, this outdoor camera has a 3.6mm real-time viewing screen. Compared with the previous 3.6mm lens, this outdoor camera has a wider perspective. If you want to see the details of the object, and after zooming in, it will switch to the second lens (8mm), and will be more clearly. You can manually switch the dual lens on the APP/Software or when motion is detected, the two lenses will automatically switch as needed (If turn on zoom tracking).

Please open the Camhipro app, click to enter the camera, swipe the bottom half of the interface to the third page, and click Intelligent tracking (choose mobile tracking or zoom tracking) to enable humanoid tracking on the APP. To make the ptz dual lens camera switch the lens automatically when auto tracking, please open Mobile tracking and zoom tracking button under the Intelligent tracking function. (If you only want to auto tracking and don't need to switch the lens, you just need to open Mobile tracking).

This ptz outdoor camera belongs to SV3C HX series camera, so it also uses CamHi/CamHiPro APP, HiP2P software, Blue Iris, Browser. After professional certification, this ptz outdoor camera is Onvif Conformant, which means the wifi ptz camera supports most NVRs. This ptz outdoor camera supports RTSP and FTP, which means that you can use RTSP stream links to access the camera on third-party software, and you can store pictures to FTP.

The wireless security camera supports wireless connection and wired connection. If your router is far away from the camera, wired connection is recommended.
